How to get a permanent residence permit in Ukraine

Reasons for temporary residence permit

From 2017 – the residence permit is also issued to foreign investors, who have contributed to the charter fund of the Ukrainian enterprise the sum of at least 100 thousand euros. The validity of such a residence permit is 2 years (with the possibility of an annual extension). It should be noted that the fact of making an investment is also the basis for the registration of a permanent residence permit.
Documents for obtaining a temporary residence permit
The registration of residence permits in Ukraine is carried out by the authorities of the State Migration Service (formerly OVIR, GIRFO).
